It varies — and it's often less than people think. Down payment assistance programs exist for first-time buyers. We'll look at what's available based on your situation, not a generic calculator.

"My credit isn't great. Is that a dealbreaker?"

Not necessarily. There are loan programs designed for buyers who are still building credit. The first step is knowing where you stand — and I can help you make sense of it.

"Do I have to pay you? How does this work?"

In most home purchases, the seller pays the buyer's agent commission. I'll always be transparent about fees before you sign anything — no surprises.

"What if I'm not ready to buy yet — can I still reach out?"

Yes, absolutely. Knowing what's ahead of you is valuable even if you're months away. I'm happy to answer questions with zero expectation that you'll ever work with me.

"What areas do you cover?"

I'm licensed throughout California and based in Los Angeles. I focus on LA, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties — but I'm open to conversations from anywhere in the state.

"How long does buying a home actually take?"

From finding a home to closing, typically 30–60 days once you're under contract. But getting mortgage-ready first can take a few months — and that time is worth it.
